Registration and Billing Process for Diving Camp

1. Go to the "Team Agreement“ and “Enrollment Application”, fill out the forms.

3. Forms must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp. Submitting forms does not guarantee a spot at the camp due to limited space.

4. Upon space availability office will contact you to confirm your attendance.

5. The full camp tuition amount is due at the first class.

 

Other Registration and Billing Process Information

1. Contact Mary Lynn Robinson for any question regarding registration and billing at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

2. Monthly statements will be emailed to primary email address given on registration form.

3. Payments are due by the 15th of each month. Any payments not received by the end of the month will be charged $25 late fee.

4. Include divers name on all checks.

5. Payments may be given to coaches or sent to:

Mary Lynn will be in contact to confirm your attendance. All divers must be confirmed through the club registration process in order to be allowed on the pool deck.
